1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the financial education programs, website, and related materials offered by sablefonvr. "User" or "You" means any individual who accesses our website or enrolls in our programs. "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to sablefonvr, located at 127 Asoke-Din Daeng Road, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400, Thailand. "Content" includes all course materials, workbooks, guides, and website text provided by sablefonvr.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our programs or submit information through our website.

3. Service Description

sablefonvr provides financial education services including structured programs, workshops, and supporting materials. Our services are educational in nature. We do not provide personal financial advice, investment recommendations, tax preparation, or portfolio management. Any information presented in our programs is for educational purposes and should not be treated as personalized financial guidance.

4. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in a program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿). Payment must be completed before the start date of the program. We accept bank transfer and other methods communicated during the enrollment process. A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.

5. Refund Policy

If you wish to withdraw before the second session of your program, we will issue a full refund minus a ฿2,000 administrative fee. After the second session has taken place, refunds are not available. However, we may offer to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort on a case-by-case basis. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

6. User Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in our programs, you agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms or enrolling, treat instructors and fellow participants with respect, not record, reproduce, or distribute course materials without written permission, and not use any information from our programs to mislead or deceive others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our course materials — including text, graphics, logos, workbooks, reference guides, and digital materials — is the property of sablefonvr and is protected by Thai and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Our programs are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver accurate and useful educational content, we do not make representations about specific financial outcomes for any participant. Financial decisions remain the sole responsibility of the individual. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, sablefonvr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our website. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sablefonvr, its instructors, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of course materials, violation of these terms, or financial decisions made based on information from our programs.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms, engage in disruptive behavior during sessions, or misuse our materials. In such cases, no refund will be provided. You may also terminate your participation by notifying us in writing, subject to the refund terms described above.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal discussion.

13. General Provisions

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and sablefonvr regarding the use of our services. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms without notice.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
